Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Dehradun, with some work from home permitted. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. The individual will also collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Prospecting, Negotiation, and Deal-Closing skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Sales Strategies
• Knowledge of the real estate, architecture, and interior design industries is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
