Business Development Executive

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing, brand building, and ROI-driven strategies. We're looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling on provided Leads
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing/advertising agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and sales cycles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
