Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving empanelment and strategic tie-ups with leading Indian and multinational brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, corporate empanelments, and an excellent understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients, especially enterprise and Fortune 500 companies, for recruitment empanelment.
Build strong, long-term professional relationships with HR and TA heads of major corporations.
Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions effectively and position the company as a strategic hiring partner.
Prepare business proposals, empanelment documents, and service agreements.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain and update a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly empanelment targets.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in the recruitment/staffing industry.
Proven experience in client empanelment and successfully closing large enterprise accounts.
Strong corporate network and a knack for identifying high-potential leads.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across locations as required (Mumbai/Nagpur).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and client expectations.
