Role Description Ratovate Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1 year of experience , specializing in lead generation, client engagement, and bidding on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in online bidding, proposal writing, and closing deals with international clients. Responsibilities: Identify, bid, and secure projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. Write compelling business proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain high response rates and optimize bidding strategies. Communicate effectively with potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals. Develop and refine sales strategies for business expansion. Coordinate with the internal team for project execution after securing contracts.
