Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the MERN stack and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications. You will contribute to system design, development, and mentoring, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design and implement scalable and secure architectures.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and cloud solutions.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js (hooks, state management libraries like Redux/Context)
• Node.js & Express.js
• MongoDB (data modeling, performance tuning)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), familiarity with TypeScript preferred.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, or microservices.
• Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in leading/mentoring teams.
