Role Overview: You are sought after to join a dynamic development team as a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1 to 3+ years of experience. Your main responsibilities will revolve around designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Collaboration with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that cater to customers' needs will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications utilizing the MERN stack. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Write clean, modular, and reusable code while following best practices. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance. - Participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality code standards. - Implement responsive web design for compatibility across various devices. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process. - Work with RESTful APIs and third-party services for external functionality integration. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1-3+ years in MERN stack development. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Skills: - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks. - Experience with Git and version control systems. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. - Knowledge of database design and management. - Understanding of deployment processes and cloud services like AWS and Azure. - Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Experience with TypeScript and GraphQL. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. - Understanding of security best practices.
