Junior MERN Stack Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior MERN Stack Developer, based in Pune. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing and server-side applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, and troubleshooting and debugging applications. The role also involves contributing to the overall software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Experience with front-end development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Knowledge of back-end development tasks such as API development, database integration, and server-side scripting
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and collaborative workflow strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to debug and optimize applications
• Effective communication abilities and a collaborative mindset to work in a team environment
• Relevant experience or internship in software development is preferred
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage but not mandatory
