Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid position for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling appointments with potential clients in India, the UK, and the US. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to operate in international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in India, the UK, and the US.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings with decision-makers for the sales team.
  • Research and understand client needs to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment booking targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across different time zones (India, UK, and US markets).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
