  • Write persuasive proposals and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver suitable client solutions
  • Build strong relationships and maintain communication with clients
  • Track market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management
Requirement
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms
  • Basic technical knowledge of web, app development, and IT services
  • Good negotiation and client handling skills
  • Capable of writing clear and convincing business proposals
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to night shifts
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
