Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Promote and pitch consultancy services to potential clients via calls, meetings, and emails.
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
4. Understand client needs and offer suitable consultancy solutions.
5. Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present service offerings.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Work closely with internal teams (HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
8. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information and progress status.
9. Prepare business proposals, reports, and sales documentation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Basic understanding of consultancy or service-based businesses
