We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities in the interior design, construction, or real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and field visits– Meet prospective clients (homeowners, builders, architects, corporates) and present company offerings– Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close deals– Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business– Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handovers
Requirements:
– Good communication and presentation skills– Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities– Familiarity with interior design/construction trends is a plus– Fluency in English and local language preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
