Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Ahmedabad, India Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required Salary: INR 30,000- INR 35000/- based on actual experience and interview performance Joining: Immediate Joining Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive our lead-generation efforts. The BDE will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Key Responsibilities: -Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients. -Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting tailored IT solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements. -Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations, and ensuring profitable long-term relationships. -Reaching out to new customers and explaining to them the benefits of the services provided by us. -Should be able to convince, follow up & chase the inbound leads. -Understanding of LinkedIn, Bidding portals like Upwork, Email marketing, cold calling, etc. -Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field -Proven experience of at least 2 years in lead generation and IT sales -Great communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. -Strong organisational and negotiation skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies -Proficiency in Excel and data management Apply Now!
