Role & responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling in the U.S. market for

PEB Sales

  • Generate Leads, compile and update customer database, exploring American market for

Structural Steel Detailing Services.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and explore business synergies.
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle customer grievances.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to

change within a fast-paced business environment.

  • Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasing

capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of total experience in business development in B2B domain with at least 2 years of

PEB industry

  • Candidates will be required to work in the US shift (5 PM to 2 AM)
  • Familiarity with Tekla, AutoCAD, or other detailing tools (for technical understanding).
  • Existing client network in the U.S. steel fabrication or construction industry./

    PEB industry

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
