Provide sketches for field variations and site-specific adjustments. Support the generation of RFIs (Requests for Information) and assist in processing change orders. Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure drawing compliance and completeness. Incorporate take-off data and coordinate drawings based on project estimates and proposals. Prepare and submit shop drawings for initial and final reviews. Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Drafter, specifically in structural or fabrication detailing. Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures is mandatory. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential. Prior experience in generating shop and assembly drawings. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage urgent drawing tasks with accuracy.
