Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business leads through tele-sales and field sales efforts.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful sales outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Utilize your own vehicle to travel for field sales meetings and client engagements.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in a business development or account management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
