Role Description

This is a full-time work from home role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to grow the business. Daily tasks include lead generation, conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, making presentations, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Have Experience in international voice process in service based industry
• 2-3 year of Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to work from home
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
