We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Marketing or Business, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
• Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand product/service offerings and communicate effectively to prospects.
• Support senior sales team in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and opportunity information.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Support in post-sales client relationship management for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Basic understanding of sales & business development processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI, IoT, or software solutions will be an added advantage.
