Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Offshore Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in international markets such as the US, UK, or Canada . Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, and other online platforms. Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads) to pitch recruitment services. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Maintain records of sales activity in CRM tools and generate reports. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and revenue. Preferred candidate profile
