Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Field Sales and Doorstep Marketing professional. The responsibilities include executing door-to-door sales activities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting company products, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining reports of sales and marketing activities.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address customer inquiries professionally.
  • Proven ability in Sales, Sales Operations, and Lead Generation, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Capability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant field sales or marketing experience is required.
  • Must own a bike for work-related travel and be based in Chennai.


Business Development Executive :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations for client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
