Job Overview: A Business Development Executive (Field Team) is a sales professional responsible for driving organizational growth through on-ground efforts. This is a field sales role , requiring direct engagement with clients, active market exploration, and consistent presence in target areas. Duties include identifying new clients, promoting services face-to-face, and expanding the companys reach into untapped markets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to identify new sales leads and actively promote company products/services. Provide daily field activity updates to the authorized manager via Mail, SMS, WhatsApp, or in person. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers . Personally visit educational institutions, organizations, and individuals to explore new business opportunities. Schedule appointments, conduct on-site meetings , and deliver compelling product presentations. Keep customers informed about new product developments and service offerings . Perform field surveys to gather customer insights and assess market demands. Participate in review meetings with the team and share feedback on telecaller-generated leads. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Passion for field-based sales and interest in the education infrastructure industry or a related sector. Solid knowledge of sales strategies and experience in channel partner management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset to evaluate sales data and market trends effectively. Proven ability to meet and exceed field sales targets in a results-driven environment. Must be willing to travel extensively as part of daily job responsibilities.
