Business Development Executive

🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2C Sales – Gujarat) 🚀

Modi SoftTech Consultant India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive to drive B2C sales of Nemetschek ArchiCAD and Vectorworks software across Gujarat.

📍 Location: Ahmedabad & Surat

📑 Department: Direct Sales (B2C)

👤 Reporting To: Director – Sales & Marketing

What You’ll Do:

✅ Promote & sell ArchiCAD & Vectorworks software to architects, designers, and studios

✅ Conduct product sales meetings & align technical demos with our expert team

✅ Plan monthly travel schedules across Ahmedabad, Surat & tier 3–4 cities

✅ Build & nurture strong networks with architects, interior designers & builders

✅ Organize webinars, workshops & training sessions

✅ Manage CRM pipeline & achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Graduate + MBA (Architecture/Engineering/Business preferred, not mandatory)

🤝Strong connections with architects, interior designers, builders

🏗️ Professionals from industrial/building products (tiles, paints, lighting, sanitaryware, hardware, etc.) are strongly encouraged to apply

💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & email communication

🚗 Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat

🔥 Self-motivated, disciplined & target-driven personality
