Are you a multitasker who enjoys managing accounting, HR, and office coordination together?

We’re looking for a Backoffice cum Accounting cum HR Executive to join our growing team at Modi Group India — a leading CAD software sales and training company.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and software renewal schedules for customers.
• Maintain MIS reports, bank reconciliation, and GST summaries.
• Track and manage subscription assets and license renewals.
• Handle payroll processing, staff salary structure, and monthly expense reports.
• Assist in hiring procedures, arranging interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

🎯 Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance or HR preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in back office, accounting, or HR roles.
• Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
