What You’ll Do:

• Understand customer design and engineering requirements through discovery meetings.
• Conduct pre-sales activities – product demos, proof-of-concept modelling, and presentations.
• Provide post-sales support, including training, implementation, and troubleshooting (onsite/online).
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and detailed technical reports.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to deliver the right solutions.
• Stay updated with evolving CAD/CAM technologies.
• Travel when and where customer support or demos are required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sound knowledge of Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Mechanical design understanding with good analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, reporting, and customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to learn, travel, and take initiative.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong design aptitude are welcome).
