Business Development Executive / Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the IT and Technology sectors.
• Generate new business by connecting with CXOs, HR Heads, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Present Sampoornas recruitment and staffing solutions confidently and persuasively.
• Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process from first contact, proposal presentation, negotiation, to signing terms and client onboarding.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track business development metrics, maintain CRM data, and meet assigned revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 15 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting firms.
• Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to connect with senior HR and business leaders in IT companies.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate consistent revenue.
• Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with both inside sales and client visits.
