Business Development Executive / Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing work abroad educational career advice, counselling students and converting them to study in Advanced countries like USA, UK, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, IRELAND, GERMANY AND EUROPE.
• Follow up with Prospects.
• Maintain records of prospects in Database.
• Validate all the educational documents of the students, required for the visa application and provide honest advice towards their application.
• Counselling customers for immigration/visa services
• Ability to convert Enquiry to Walk-in/Tele Counseling / Video Counseling.
• Give Excellent Convincing Presentation to convert Walk-in to Client
• Attending the enquiries - Tele enquiries, Online Chat Enquiries, Mail Enquires.
• Ability to convert Enquiry to Walk-in
• Lead Generation Activities - Calling, Mass Mailing, Mass SMS, Mass WAM etc.
• Schedule and conduct consultations (in-person or online) to assess client requirements
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Share daily reports and client updates with your manager.
• Work with the business development and marketing teams to improve strategies to generate leads and do conversions.
• Coordinate with documentation and visa processing teams
• To generate leads, do marketing activities such as email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold calling, etc.
• Closing the sales
• Responsible for doing the collections.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience with 2-3years.
• Good English-speaking and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Graduate/Diploma in any stream (Travel & Tourism background is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the visa, immigration sector & study abroad.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to built the system, recruit people, and train people.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Working Hours: MON-SAT: 10:00AM 6:30 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiner.

Salary: CTC around 6 Lakhs - 12 lakhs per annum (candidates with relevant field experience may be offered a higher package based on their performance)
