Job Description

As an intern, you will receive hands-on exposure to multiple key areas of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sales & Client Handling

You will assist in generating inquiries and converting inquiries into clients and maintaining relationships throughout the service cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Scope to learn complete sales activities, from generation of leads to converting them to clients.
  • Respond to walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries for study/work abroad programs and visa assistance
  • Educate clients about various immigration pathways and study options (Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls and consultations
  • Maintain regular communication with leads through email, WhatsApp, and CRM
  • Assist in achieving lead conversions.

2. Visa Documentation & Travel Services

You will support the visa processing team to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Scope to learn complete documentation about various visa processes.
  • Assist in collecting and verifying client documents for Study, PR, Tourist, and dependent visas, etc.
  • Prepare visa files under supervision
  • Coordinate with clients to complete checklists and submit applications.
  • Support in creating personalized travel itineraries and packages
  • Communicate with embassies, travel partners, and universities as needed.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

Be part of the marketing team to promote the brand and generate qualified leads online.

Responsibilities

  • Scope to all digital marketing activities, off-page and on-page.
  • Help design and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create various backlinking processes.
  • Draft marketing emails, blog posts, and promotional messages
  • Create graphics and posters using Canvas or other tools
  • Assist with WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Support paid ad strategy and performance monitoring

4. Administration & Business Development

You will assist in organizing the day-to-day operations and help improve service delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM and internal records
  • Perform data entry and manage databases
  • Support in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Assist in cold calling and telephonic follow-ups
  • Generate internal reports and insights for internal tracking
  • Help streamline processes and support operational coordination

Learning Opportunities

  • Hands-on training in digital tools like WhatsApp API, CRM, Canva, business automation, etc.
  • Learning professional communication, teamwork, and process handling.

  • Education: Graduation.
  • Candidates: Travel & tourism industry, fresher, or anyone interested in learning in these fields.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Freshers with interest in international careers, travel, or the education field
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, email)
  • Enthusiastic, career-oriented, and willing to learn

Eligibility for Issuance of Experience/Employment Certificate:

If the intern's performance is productive and aligned with the company's goals, a full-time job opportunity will be offered post-internship, with a revised salary.
