Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend walk-in clients, counsel clients regarding Study Abroad, Work Abroad, Immigration, and visas.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally
Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sign-ups clients.
Schedule and conduct consultations (in-person or online) to assess client requirements
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Share daily reports and client updates with your manager.
Coordinate with documentation and visa processing teams
Support your team and work together to achieve goals.
Guide clients through the process step by step.
Provide detailed information about visa programs and explain the process clearly
Work with the business development and marketing teams to improve strategies to generate leads and do conversions.
Stay updated on immigration policies and industry developments
To generate leads, do marketing activities such as email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold calling, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidates only
Fresher are ok
Good English-speaking and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Graduate/Diploma in any stream (Travel & Tourism background is a plus)
Willingness to learn and grow in the visa and immigration sector
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WORK SCHEDULE:

Working Hours: MON-SAT: 10:00AM 6:30 PM
