What You’ll Do :


  • Own the admissions pipeline end-to-end

    – qualify inbound leads, schedule and conduct discovery/interview calls (English & Hindi), assess fit, and guide accepted candidates to enrollment.
  • Lead structured admission interviews

    – evaluate passion, skill level, and culture-fit, ensuring only the right candidates join our high-intensity programs.
  • Track & follow up like a pro

    – keep every prospect moving with on-point follow-ups, reminders, and personalized nudges that close the loop.
  • Maintain crystal-clear CRM hygiene

    – log every touchpoint, update deal stages, trigger automations, and keep the dashboard squeaky clean.
  • Crunch the numbers

    – use Excel/Google Sheets & other MS tools to monitor funnel metrics (application-to-enrolment %, call show-up rate, sales cycle length) and surface insights that unlock growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    – relay real applicant feedback to marketing, content, and product teams to refine messaging, offers, and curriculum.


What Makes You a Great Fit :


  • Fluent in Hindi & English

    – switch effortlessly between languages and build instant rapport.
  • 1–3 yrs in admissions, inside sales, or high-ticket edtech

  • Metrics mindset

    – CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, MQL-to-SQL… you know the acronyms and how to move them.
  • CRM power-user

    – HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, Salesforce or similar; you understand automation and pipeline logic.
  • Relentless follow-through

    – organized, detail-obsessed, and rigorous about hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Startup stamina

    – thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-heavy environment and love building playbooks, not just following them.
