Videographer who edits like a storyteller

What You’ll Do

1. Shoot BTS, vlogs, and live moments

   at LevelUp events, bootcamps, and creative retreats across the country

2. Create reels, trailers, and campaign videos

   for Instagram and YouTube

3. Edit high-impact content

   for our paid ads, social channels, masterclass highlights, and promotional videos

4. Work closely with the content & marketing team

   to bring campaign ideas to life visually

5. Ensure consistency in brand tone and aesthetics

   while experimenting with formats and trends

6. Set up and operate camera gear, lights, and mics

   on field

7. Capture stories that feel real and cinematic

   —whether it’s a student’s journey or a creator’s masterclass

We’d Love You If You...

• Have 2–4 years of experience shooting and editing creative content
• Know your way around a camera (DSLRs/mirrorless), gimbal, audio gear, and lights
• Are fluent with Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve or After Effects is a plus)
• Can tell a story with pace, emotion, and clarity—whether it's a 15-second reel or a 2-minute short
• Have a strong showreel/portfolio to show us
• Are open to travel with the team across India (expenses covered)
• Love building something meaningful with a small, passionate team
