Location: Undri, Pune

Job Type: Contract (6 months, with extension based on performance)

About Us:

At Limelight Learning Academy, we are passionate about delivering quality education and academic success. To expand our reach and support more students, we are hiring a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive admissions and build strong local outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate 100+ quality inquiries/leads per month (area-specific: 2–3 km around the academy).

* Convert a minimum of 20 confirmed admissions per month across all courses.

* Maintain a conversion rate of at least 95%.

* Build relationships with parents, schools, and local educational institutions.

* Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and reports.

* Collaborate with management to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in lead generation, BDE/BDM, or sales roles (education industry preferred).

* Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Comfortable with MS Office/Excel for maintaining lead reports.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in building networks.

* Local knowledge of Undri/Pune educational landscape is a plus.

Compensation:

We believe in fair pay + strong rewards:

* Base Salary: ₹10,000/month (fixed)

* Performance Bonus: Up to ₹25,000/month for meeting targets

* Retention Incentive: ₹2,000 per student who continues for 3 consecutive months

* Total Potential: ₹35,000–₹40,000+ per month (Additional allowances for travel & mobile may be provided based on performance)

Contract Details:

* Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)

* Working Hours: Flexible (field + reporting)

* Performance Reviews: Weekly
