Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)

Location: India

Job-Type: On-site (WFO)

Experience: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential global clients (SMEs, enterprises, startups).

Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and digital channels.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

Engage with decision-makers to understand business needs.

Present IT services as customized solutions.

Schedule client meetings, demos, and consultations.

Track market trends and competitor activities.

Support marketing in aligning campaigns with lead goals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.

13 years of experience in business development or lead generation (in IT services).

Strong knowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, automation, and managed services.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and email automation platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
