The ideal candidate must have at least 3-6 months of experience working on bidding platforms and generating qualified leads for web, mobile, or digital service projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, writing professional proposals, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork. Generate high-quality leads that align with the company’s services. Write clear, customized, and compelling proposals to improve conversion rates. Maintain daily bidding targets and follow a structured lead-generation strategy. Communicate with international clients, understand requirements, and schedule meetings. Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, timelines, and project understanding. Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and reporting. Requirements Minimum 3-6 months of experience in online bidding / lead generation. Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets. Strong analytical and research skills for identifying potential clients. Must be comfortable working Full-Time from Office (WFO).
