We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development with a passion for achieving targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports and updates for management

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
