Position Overview

Business Development Executive (Fresher)

freight forwarding, U.S. import systems, and client relationship management.

You will work closely with our U.S. operations and sales team to identify potential clients, develop partnerships, and expand our service network worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential freight forwarders, importers, and exporters across global markets (especially India–USA trade lane).
• Reach out to clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls to present KOSMIK SHIPPING’s services.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with overseas agents and customers.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and shipment updates.
• Maintain records of client communication and track business progress.
• Contribute ideas for new business strategies and market development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

• Experience:

  Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
• Strong verbal and written

  English communication skills.

• Confident personality with good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn about global trade.
• Basic knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics will be an advantage (not mandatory).
• Comfortable using MS Office, email, and LinkedIn for professional communication.
