Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored marketing and lead generation solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (digital marketing or lead generation industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and online communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
