Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development executive for Hotel Projects. The ideal candidate will build relationships with architects, interior designers, hotel owners, and project consultants to position Karabi Art Community as the go-to partner for artistic decor solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

 Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into clients.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.

 Collaborate with the design and operations team to align offerings with customer needs.

 Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote Karabi’s brand and services.

 Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

 Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.

 Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

 3–4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in Art, Decor, Interior, architecture, or related industries).

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.

 Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

 Salary- 30k-60k
