Kaleidoscope Consulting partners with tech companies and product teams to drive their sales. We’re looking for an experienced BDE who can take ownership of outreach, conversations, and conversions for our IT service–based clients.
• Prospect and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email, and industry lists
• Run discovery calls to understand client requirements
• Pitch IT services like web/app development, custom software, QA, UI/UX, and related offerings
• Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline
• Work with our internal team + the client’s team to move deals to closure
• Hit monthly targets and maintain strong follow-up discipline
• You have 3+ years selling IT services or digital solutions
• You’re comfortable closing deals with founders, product heads, and SMEs
• You know how to craft strong outreach messages and multi-touch sequences
• You can handle objections and lead conversations confidently
• You work independently and enjoy owning your pipeline end-to-end
• Experience selling into US/UK markets
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• A chance to work on multiple high-growth accounts instead of being stuck with one product
• A path to senior roles as we scale our sales execution team
