Additionally, you will provide resources to the solution delivery team to support the configuration and implementation of new customer projects. In this role, you will work in a technical environment that involves switching technologies like Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, HP, Dell, Juniper, wireless technologies including Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, security technologies like Palo Alto, Prisma, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, SD-WAN technologies such as Citrix, Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, Nuage, and other Cisco networking technologies like Cisco NAC ISE, SD-A/DNAC, DOT1x, and Cisco Nexus series. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in a related field, knowledge of networking principles equivalent to CCNA R&S or JNCIS-ENT level, familiarity with layer 2 switching protocols (STP, Dot1Q, QinQ, VPLS), layer 3 routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP), and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should also have a flexible approach to work, the ability to work effectively under pressure, work well in a team with little supervision, and a strong customer service focus. Additionally, being responsible, willing to take ownership, eager to learn and develop technical skills, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude are important attributes.
