Business Development Executive IT Services

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. You will drive sales of IT services and software solutions, generate leads, build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales/revenue targets.
  
• Identify potential clients and opportunities for software services, digital transformation and SaaS products.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships act as the primary point of contact for your accounts.
  
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to convert client requirements into proposals, project scopes and deliverables.
  
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals and actively negotiate & close deals.
  
• Maintain CRM entries, sales pipelines, reports and documentation to track performance.
  
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings and market opportunities.
  
• Support pre-sales activities and assist in preparing RFP/RFQ responses.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong understanding of IT services, SDLC, SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  
• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation and client acquisition.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of Web, Mobile App, IoT, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation solutions is a plus.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
