About the Role :-

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating business through online freelance platforms and a solid understanding of IT services such as web and mobile application development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Generate business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  • Prepare well-structured proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and close profitable deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Track project progress, maintain CRM records, and report performance metrics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :-

  • 2–6 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development, specifically on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn).
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including web design, web development, mobile app development, and digital services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proposal writing ability.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into successful deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
