Position Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales to support our expanding technology vertical. The role requires expertise in B2B tech sales or SaaS, a strong understanding of solution selling, and experience engaging with both corporate and government clients. The position is based in Pune and involves client meetings, demos, and occasional travel. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT-based safety and enterprise solutions. Engage with government departments, PSUs, and corporates for business outreach. Pitch and present tailored IT solutions to clients based on their industry needs. Build strong networks and partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct client meetings/demos. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and solution delivery. Maintain CRM data and generate reports on sales pipeline and performance. Meet or exceed defined sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client sites. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Tech Solutions / SaaS. Preferred experience: Government project handling or international sales. Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience dealing with both enterprise and government clients. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. Comfortable with travel for client meetings and events. Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
