Job Description

The Business Development Executive (IT Sales) position in Ahmedabad requires you to act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team. Your responsibilities include organizing pre-onboarding/sales calls/meetings with prospects, understanding and documenting their requirements, curating demo sessions of applications, managing follow-up calls, and maintaining project progress reports. You will be expected to manage information flow accurately and in a timely manner, coordinate executives" calendars, and set up meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for formatting information for internal and external communication, taking meeting minutes, screening and directing phone calls, and distributing correspondence. To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess 1-2 years of work experience as a Business Development Executive. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications such as e-calendars, CRM, and meeting tools is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are a must, while knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage. Discretion and confidentiality are also vital qualities for this position.,
