Role: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Experience: 1-3 Years.

Location: Coimbatore.

Must Have :

Software Sales experience of min. 1 year - Software Solutions, SaaS products, Cloud, or custom software sales - Excellent communication skills - Good negotiation skills - Experienced in international sales

Good-to-Have : Analytical skills - marketing skills - proactive and focused - Team handling

Expectations from the Role :

• International lead generation for new clients.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Create new sales opportunities.
• Close deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing.
• Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Liaise with Marketing, Presales and Product Development team to ensure brand consistency.
• Meet sales target set for the month and quarter.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in the Software environment.
• Advanced knowledge of sales strategies.
• Experienced in procuring and approaching International leads.

• Great networking and Multitasking skills.
