Business Development Executive ( IT Industry )

About Us:

A3 Tech Ideas is a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in mobile app development, AI-driven platforms, and digital transformation. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and support the expansion of our business in the IT and mobile app development sector.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, including mobile and web app development, digital marketing, and digital transformation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead sales negotiations, contract discussions, and proposal presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to develop customized client solutions.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app development, SaaS, and IT services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Bitrix24 or Zoho.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• On-site presence in Gurgaon is mandatory.
