Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 to 5 Years (Minimum 2–3 years in B2B Sales required)
Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred
Target Markets: USA (Mandatory), GCC (Preferred), India
Role Overview:
We are seeking a go-getter Business Development Executive with a proven track record in
B2B sales, preferably in the software services domain. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure —
across international markets with a strong focus on the USA.
Key Attributes:
Strong exposure to sales in the USA market (mandatory); experience with GCC
markets is a plus
Go-getter with high energy, ownership, and target orientation
Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (within overall 3–5 years of sales
background)
Proven ability to independently manage the full sales funnel (enquiry → lead →
prospect → closure)
Experience in selling software services such as:
o Web and Mobile App Development
o ERP/Custom Software Development
o Machine Learning/AI Solutions
o On Demand Apps
o Learning Management Solutions
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in email campaign tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly.ai)
Strong command over cold calling techniques and follow-up practices
Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced LinkedIn selling
techniques
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot,)
Demonstrated ability to close deals — including Retainers, Fixed Bids, and Time &
Material projects
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and nurture long-term client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and target markets
Own and drive the sales funnel from lead acquisition to closure
Execute outbound sales via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and
partnerships
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (individual and team-based)
Focus on monthly retainers, fixed-bid, and T&M projects
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain clean CRM records
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling
opportunities
Mentor junior sales team members if required
Submit regular reports on sales pipeline, funnel movement, and performance metrics
