Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3 to 5 Years (Minimum 2–3 years in B2B Sales required)

Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred

Target Markets: USA (Mandatory), GCC (Preferred), India


Role Overview:

We are seeking a go-getter Business Development Executive with a proven track record in

B2B sales, preferably in the software services domain. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure —

across international markets with a strong focus on the USA.

Key Attributes:

 Strong exposure to sales in the USA market (mandatory); experience with GCC

markets is a plus

 Go-getter with high energy, ownership, and target orientation

 Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (within overall 3–5 years of sales

background)

 Proven ability to independently manage the full sales funnel (enquiry → lead →

prospect → closure)

 Experience in selling software services such as:

o Web and Mobile App Development

o ERP/Custom Software Development

o Machine Learning/AI Solutions

o On Demand Apps

o Learning Management Solutions


Skills & Competencies:

 Proficiency in email campaign tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly.ai)

 Strong command over cold calling techniques and follow-up practices

 Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha)

 Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced LinkedIn selling

techniques

 Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

 Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot,)

 Demonstrated ability to close deals — including Retainers, Fixed Bids, and Time &

Material projects

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and nurture long-term client relationships


Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and target markets

 Own and drive the sales funnel from lead acquisition to closure

 Execute outbound sales via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and

partnerships

 Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (individual and team-based)

 Focus on monthly retainers, fixed-bid, and T&M projects

 Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain clean CRM records

 Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling

opportunities

 Mentor junior sales team members if required

 Submit regular reports on sales pipeline, funnel movement, and performance metrics
