About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kottayam. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and skilled in outreach, relationship-building, and strategic sales. The BDE will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with educational institutions, conducting seminars, and promoting our digital learning solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, networking, and market intelligence tools.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads from schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients.
• Plan and execute both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
• Conduct client outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce educational products and services.
• Schedule and manage seminars and promotional events at educational institutions.
• Create promotional materials such as videos and presentations to support branch activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with field insights and feedback.
