Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can manage both business development activities and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth through lead generation, client engagement, and brand presence on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and networking. Follow up with potential clients and set up meetings. Pitch products/services to prospective clients. Assist in creating proposals and quotations. Maintain and update the CRM with client data and follow-ups. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages. Run paid social media ad campaigns (basic level). Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics. Work with the design/content team to ensure brand consistency. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development and/or digital marketing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and Excel/Google Sheets. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries. Understanding of SEO, content writing, or email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.).
