Business Development Executive + Social Media Marketer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can manage both business development activities and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth through lead generation, client engagement, and brand presence on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Business Development:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Follow up with potential clients and set up meetings.
• Pitch products/services to prospective clients.
• Assist in creating proposals and quotations.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client data and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Social Media Marketing:

• Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Run paid social media ad campaigns (basic level).
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics.
• Work with the design/content team to ensure brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development and/or digital marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries.
• Understanding of SEO, content writing, or email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
