Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end lead generation through various online and offline channels. Use different portals like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and others to generate quality leads. Coordinate with clients and developers to ensure smooth project execution and updates. Provide after-sales service and manage client queries post project delivery. Maintain proper follow-ups, client databases, and CRM entries. Assist in creating proposals, quotes, and presentations when required. Required Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Basic understanding of IT services and solutions . Good in data management and handling CRMs or spreadsheets . Confident in client coordination and internal team collaboration . Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Eligibility: Recently graduated or currently pursuing Graduation/Post-Graduation. Background or specialization in Marketing, Sales, or IT preferred.
