Internship Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Intern) to join our Business Growth team. This internship offers practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement within a dynamic IT and ERP-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to identify new business opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately and consistently
• Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for demos and client meetings
• Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA (preferably in Sales/Marketing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and digital marketing tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and demonstrates strong learning agility
• Ability to adapt quickly and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
